By the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to discover the unlimited potential you never knew you had and reinvent yourself accordingly.
By participating in the Advanced Workshop you will: Live life boldly with renewed passion and excitement. Feel the freedom to "be" yourself. Conquer your fears. You explore your negative thoughts and feelings about yourself and replace them with acceptance and optimism. You also examine beliefs or judgments that you may be protecting at the expense of true intimacy. By rekindling joy and acceptance within, you lay the foundation for being your authentic self and creating rewarding relationships.
By Participating in the Relationship workshop you will: Improve your relationship with yourself. Feel comfortable being your true authentic self in relationships. Hold yourself accountable for creating rewarding, supportive relationships. Be able to act based on conscious choice, rather than subconscious beliefs.

TORCH PROGRAM
This is an experiential workshop for adolescents between the ages of 13 and 17 to create extraordinary results in their lives! Its unique format allows the students to experience an environment of trust that fosters openness, honesty, and self-expression. Through one on one and group exercises, teens see themselves through the eyes of their peers and coaches. They are supported to look deep into themselves so that they can discover and redesign their limiting beliefs. This allows them to pursue their dreams and goals with new freedom and passion.
Students will learn: The power of living life based on principles and values. How to eliminate negative habits. The freedom of choice and value of accepting responsibility. Happiness as a state of being vs. doing. Productive leadership and problem solving techniques. How to communicate effectively with parents, teachers and friends. How to be productive vs. reactive.

This unique workshop is designed to help college students lay the foundation for success before transitioning into to the "real world." It is a fun and supportive environment that allows students to clarify their life-goals and create a roadmap to achieve them. Through a variety of team-building activities and group discussions, students gain effective communication and leadership skills that will benefit them in all facets of their lives. In addition, students receive guidance in developing their resumes and coaching in interviewing techniques.
